Preparing for our public launch on March 24!

We have just a few days until Animal Friends Alliance will be sharing Bringing Paws Together with the world!  Our whole Alliance team is excited to share with you our plans for how we're going to be able to help even more dogs and cats and how our campaign will change the face of animal welfare in Northern Colorado. 

This blog has been created to share news, photos, updates, and inspiration around Bringing Paws Together.  We hope you'll visit again to watch our progress and that you'll join our team for Bringing Paws Together.

Campaign Co-Chair Julie Piepho and Joey I’m so excited I have goosebumps on my arms! Animal Friends Alliance is going to build on and expand our Taft Hill Campus to move our cat shelter to this peaceful five acre site.  Wait until you see the floor plan—there are 11 incredible cat colony rooms with lots of light, and one even has a tree in it for the cats to climb!   This project will unite our cat and dog shelters and allow our staff to be more efficient with their time and resources. Our incredible adopters will only have to go to one site to adopt their new family member, whether they are looking for a cat or a dog.  There will be a welcoming Community Room to bring visitors and volunteers even closer to our mission and provide a place where they can work on projects or learn more about our organization..  Our new Enrichment Center will provide an even larger space for community classes and meetings as well as behavior work for shelter dogs.  How exciting is that?   Animal Friend Al

August Fundraising Events

This August, join us each week for fun outings to spread the word and support Bringing Paws Together .  Restaurants, bars, cideries, and distilleries across Northern Colorado are hosting Bringing Paws Together fundraisers throughout the month!  On Sunday, August 29th, we invite you to Pins for Paws, a bowling fundraiser for Bringing Paws Together.  Registration is open now !  And, of course, join us on August 26th as we livestream our groundbreaking ceremony for our new shelter.  Details to follow!  Visit our events page to learn more.
